You spend months or even years planning your wedding so its not surprising that 1 in 10 brides suffer from post wedding blues. With all the wedding talk, planning and thoughts running through your mind its difficult to return to 'normal' life again after your wedding. Here's some suggestions for getting over the post-wedding blues:
- Prolong your wedding celebrations by getting everyone together for breakfast or lunch the day after the wedding
- Invite some friends round to look through your photographs or watch your wedding video
- Get the bridal party together for a meal out - they will all enjoy reminicing about your special day
- Make some time together, plan a special meal or visit the cinema, remember where you used to go when you first started dating?
